Before I ever helped someone choose a Medicare plan, I lived through many of the moments my clients are navigating today.

I’ve experienced the loss of close family members—my husband, my father, and my sister—and I understand the weight of grief, major life transitions, and the emotional strain that often comes with managing healthcare during those times. I’ve also been in hospitals advocating for loved ones, dealing with care decisions, prescriptions, costs, and the difficult transitions between home, hospital, and skilled nursing facilities.

Those experiences shaped how I work with people. While I have a background in technology and bring a detail-oriented, analytical approach to my work, what matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. When we meet, this is not just about enrolling in a plan. I take the time to listen, observe, and understand what’s really important to you. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure—and that’s completely okay. You don’t need to have all the answers. That’s my job.

I walk you through your options clearly, explain why certain plans may fit your needs better than others, and make sure you fully understand what you are choosing. Over time, my clients become long-term relationships. We stay in touch throughout the year, check in regularly, and I often help their friends and family as well. Because for me, this is not just about insurance—it’s about trust, guidance, and being there for people during important moments in their lives.
