My Story
I was born and raised in beautiful Cuenca, Ecuador. Ecuador is a small country in Latin America and is a unique place in the World. It enjoys the presence of the Equator, the imaginary line that goes around the Earth dividing the Hemispheres.
Ecuador holds my precious childhood memories. My adult memories are lived in my second home, California. I first arrived in the USA as a young adult in a Student Exchange Program. Got married and formed a beautiful family
Thirty-five years later, I feel immense gratitude for being born in one spectacular place and my life now in another spectacular place; California, USA.
My Experience
I have been fortunate to learn from a vast number of experiences through my career. I started the same as many others, working fast food and later running mainframes to birthing the Kiser Permanente's first digital database in the 1990s, to later working alongside the Federal & State Governments assisting individuals with their medical coverage.
I am licensed in multiple states and certified with the most reputable private insurance companies the United States to offer prime medical and life insurance plans!
My Calling
Like many others, I have experienced tremendous losses to illness with several members in my family, which forced me to navigate our medical coverage and medical system. This has given me skills, genuine attention to detail, and compassion to my clients as they walk a similar journey.
Exposure to that experience, different cultures, languages, fears, and wishes, makes me a more prepared professional to assist those with their unique needs and desires.
Instead of staying in the IT world, which I loved, I decided to bring those skills to my new Medical and Life Insurance Broker life to help others by offering a “Protection that Provides Peace of Mind”. I first entered this new field in 2009 and have been learning more and more every year.
Just a little more about Myself
When not working, I love taking quiet walks, cook, tasting diverse cuisine styles, and playing board games with friends and family. I have been known to be very competitive (shhh!).
It brings me peace and joy to know that my experiences, skills, and industry knowledge help me guide my clients towards the best options in the insurance world.
